Following a mind, body, and spirit approach, Sterling House Recovery serves women recovering from drug or alcohol addiction through the structured sober living environment of Windsong. Located near nature spots, the house provides fully furnished housing with internet access, shared living spaces, and a secure setting. Women have access to practical amenities, including laundry facilities, an equipped kitchen, a hot tub, fresh linens, and household essentials.
Recovery for the Road Ahead
Women follow routines that may include reading recovery literature, contacting sponsors, completing personal inventories, exercising, and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits. Residents also participate in weekly house meetings, life skills training, relapse-prevention workshops, free workshops, and group activities that foster peer support and community involvement. The residence includes an on-site pool and works with a network of treatment facilities to help residents access additional support when needed.
