About Sterling House Recovery Olive House
Following a mind, body, and spirit approach, Sterling House Recovery serves men recovering from drug or alcohol addiction through the structured sober living environment of the Olive House. Located near the oceanfront, the house provides fully furnished housing with internet access, shared living spaces, and a secure setting. Men have access to practical amenities, including laundry facilities, an equipped kitchen, a hot tub, fresh linens, and household essentials.
Recovery for the Road Ahead
Men follow routines that may include reading recovery literature, contacting sponsors, completing personal inventories, exercising, and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits. Residents also participate in weekly house meetings, life skills training, relapse-prevention workshops, free workshops, and group activities that foster peer support and community involvement. The residence includes an on-site pool and works with a network of treatment facilities to help residents access additional support when needed.
