About RECO Institute - The Van Epps
Located in Delray Beach, Florida, RECO Institute’s The Van Epps is a men’s sober living home in a quiet residential community for clients attending RECO’s intensive outpatient program (IOP). The home includes a backyard swimming pool, a newly remodeled chef-inspired kitchen, 30-foot ceilings, and maintained shared living areas.
House Rules and Daily Expectations
Residents of RECO Institute’s The Van Epps must not use or possess drugs or alcohol on or off the property. They must submit to random drug and alcohol testing when requested by staff. Refusal is treated as a positive test and may result in immediate dismissal. New residents follow a 10 p.m. curfew for the first three weeks.
Meetings, Staff, and Accountability
Residents of RECO Institute’s The Van Epps are strongly encouraged to get a 12-Step sponsor within their first three weeks and attend daily recovery meetings for the first 90 days unless the clinical team approves another plan. Residential managers, behavioral health technicians, and case coordinators help oversee the home and coordinate with clinical staff.
