About RECO Institute - The Row
Located in Delray Beach, Florida, RECO Institute’s The Row is a group of men’s sober living properties: The Carrano, The Scheetz, The Kurczewski, and The McClure. The homes have been completely remodeled and include modern appliances, fresh landscaping, and open floor plans. They are connected by a cobblestone pathway and share a large backyard with a volleyball court.
House Rules and Daily Expectations
Residents of RECO Institute’s The Row live in sober housing while attending RECO’s intensive outpatient (IOP) program. They must not use or possess drugs or alcohol on or off the property. Random drug and alcohol testing is required when requested by staff. New residents follow a 10 p.m. curfew for the first three weeks, followed by a progress review.
Meetings, Staff, and Accountability
Residents of RECO Institute’s The Row are strongly encouraged to attend a meeting each day for the first 90 days and obtain a 12-Step sponsor within their first three weeks. Meeting verification forms may be required by clinical staff. The Row also includes additional workspace for behavioral health technicians, keeping staff close to the residential setting.
