About Grace Sober Living
A Christian, sober living experience, Grace Sober Living offers multiple gender-specific homes in Phoenix and Scottsdale, with accountability and peer support in early recovery. Grace Sober Living requires a minimum 90-day commitment and individuals must either be referred out of a treatment program or be sober for a minimum of 30 days prior to moving into one of Grace Sober Living’s homes. They also accept individuals receiving medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
Rebuild Daily Life With Structure and Support
Residents commit to at least 90 days at Grace Sober Living while working toward employment, school, financial stability, and healthier habits. Daily life includes recovery meetings, household responsibilities, mentorship, and regular 1-on-1 check-ins with house managers to help residents stay accountable and connected. The “Transformation Happens” Christian discipleship program incorporates church involvement, Celebrate Recovery, and 12-step participation for people seeking sober living with faith-centered support during early recovery.
Build Long-Term Stability After Treatment
Grace Sober Living helps residents strengthen practical life skills and develop more consistent daily routines. House meetings, recovery care plans, and alumni support encourage continued accountability and connection after leaving sober living. By combining shared housing with peer support and recovery guidance, the community helps residents build healthier relationships and a stronger foundation for long-term sobriety.

Center Overview

Supportive Medication for Recovery
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is an evidence-based approach that pairs FDA-approved medications with counseling to treat addiction. The medications are used to reduce cravings, ease withdrawal symptoms, or block the effects of substances. More about MAT
Methadone
Naltrexone
Buprenorphine
This center accepts patients receiving MAT prescribed elsewhere for opioid use disorder, but does not provide MAT.
Note: Treatment centers offer different forms of MAT—such as oral tablets, dissolvable films, or monthly injections—and their policies can vary based on state regulations, provider preferences, and insurance coverage. Because of these differences, it's best to contact the center directly to learn what options are available and what might be right for your situation.
