Combining recovery housing with daily structure, Florence Estates provides a place to stay while residents attend outside addiction treatment in Baltimore. They welcome adult men, women, and couples enrolled in day treatment (PHP) or an intensive outpatient program (IOP). House Routines and Community Connections

House managers provide 24-hour on-site coverage and daily check-ins. Residents follow house rules, complete chores, share 3 daily meals, and observe a 10 p.m. curfew. The program does not discharge residents for relapse. Staff coordinate transportation to treatment and help with benefits and employment. Alongside weekly on-site recovery meetings, residents access off-site fitness and yoga through Affirm Fitness and Bible study and food pantry resources through Canaan Missionary Baptist Church.
