Dear Recovery
About Dear Recovery
Built on a mission of hope and positive change, Dear Recovery is a structured sober living home where adults can strengthen their recovery and rebuild stability in daily life. It serves adults ages 18 and older seeking recovery from addiction and is certified by the Florida Association of Recovery Residences (FARR). Its abstinence-based environment emphasizes personal responsibility, community connection, and recovery planning. Residents must complete basic daily living activities independently and pass a drug screen and breathalyzer upon enrollment.
Finding Direction Through Connection
Dear Recovery structures daily routines to strengthen accountability and encourage active participation in recovery. Each resident takes the lead in developing a personalized Recovery Plan, with support and guidance from Dear Recovery based on individual goals and needs. Dear Recovery encourages residents to attend peer-led recovery meetings, join a regular support group, meet weekly with a sponsor or mentor, and participate in part-time work, school, or volunteer activities.
Making Room for Recovery
Practical amenities and consistent on-site support help residents maintain stability throughout daily life. Residents have access to single- and double-occupancy bedrooms, free internet access, scheduled transportation assistance, drug screening, and an on-site house manager. This setting supports peer connection, community reintegration, and continued participation in recovery-focused routines.
