About Lord Fairfax House
I Founded in 1976, this center supports adults recovering from chemical dependency through structured treatment and compassionate care. As a co-ed transitional residential facility, it offers a safe, alcohol and drug-free environment. Guided by a nonprofit mission, it provides structured care where residents learn the skills needed for long-term sobriety, personal stability, and community reintegration.
Daily Services That Encourage Independence
The 90-day program includes one-on-one mentoring, case management, group sessions, job readiness training, and aftercare planning. Residents participate in AA/NA meetings, community service, and life skills workshops. With nutritious meals provided, clean living spaces, and 24-hour supervision, the house fosters a safe and supportive environment where individuals can rebuild independence and prepare for lasting recovery.
