Residents choose between a 13-person house near Cypress Road and McNab Road with an in-ground pool and double driveway, or a smaller, homier property near Floranada Road and Dixie Highway with a spacious living room and back patio.

The Cypress Road house sleeps up to 13 residents in two- to four-person rooms with two house managers, three bathrooms, and a covered patio around the pool. The Oakland Park house offers a 3,000-square-foot floor plan with two house managers, three bathrooms, and similar two- to four-person rooms, set on a quiet street near a small back patio and pool.

Advance Through Clear Steps

Residents meet 1-on-1 with a house manager to review sponsor contact, step work, meetings, employment, and weekly goals. A 4-phase program eases curfews and overnight rules as residents build on their 12-Step progress. Both homes offer on-site laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a community computer, with the 101 Club and PBG Clubhouse within a five-minute drive of either location.
