About Better Days Sober Living
Within the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Better Days Sober Living gives men transitioning from treatment a place to establish routines. They serve men recovering from drug and alcohol addiction through transitional housing, peer support, and an emphasis on self-sufficiency. They operate 2 Arlington homes, Sandhurst and Homestead, where an onsite house manager oversees the shared living environment.
Advance Through Structured Recovery Phases
Recovery at Better Days follows defined phases that build independence through clear expectations. Phase 1 includes 4 weekly recovery meetings, a home group, the first 3 steps of a 12-Step program, 2 hospital and institution meetings, and a service position. Phase 2 continues 4 weekly meetings, sponsor-guided step work, and 1 hospital and institution meeting. The shared homes include furnished rooms, television, high-speed Wi-Fi, linens, laundry appliances and soap, and paper bathroom products.
