Strengthen Recovery with Nearby 12-Step Program

At Azul, the goal is to make changing one’s life possible. The heart of living at Azul House is a high-energy morning meeting that’s been a local staple for over 15 years. Every day at 6:30 AM, men walk into a room of up to 100 people, many with years of sobriety. This meeting helps the men find a sponsor, work a program, and build a structured routine. And residents can also attend nearby intensive outpatient (IOP) or outpatient programs to further strengthen their recovery.

Live Well, Recover Better

Azul House sober living homes have comfortable sleeping options ranging from twin to king-size beds, so the men can rest and recharge. The spacious kitchens and laundry setup take the stress out of daily chores. Men can also connect with each other by playing cornhole, playing cards, or catching up over a smoke outside.

Testimonial
Carlos has been an amazing support for our family and our son for the last two months. It is clear that he has a passion for recovery based on his own lived experiences and truly cares for those whose lives intersect his own. While only there for two weeks so far, our son is learning to live independently amongst a caring and committed community. In addition to the updated living facilities in a beautiful setting, Carlos requires a routine, a schedule, and household chores, all which benefit our son greatly. Finding Azul house gives us hope for the future.

Rediscover How to Have Sober Fun
Rediscover How to Have Sober Fun
Positioned right between two lakes, the men spend their downtime out on the water kayaking or taking the boat out. Sundays are all about the community, whether it's hitting the field for the sober softball league or playing beach volleyball at the park. There are competitive games and lakeside BBQs, so men learn how to enjoy life again.
Build a Real-World Routine
Build a Real-World Routine
At Azul, men form a solid routine. They start with the basics: making the bed, scrubbing a toilet, and taking pride in a clean house, because these are the building blocks of self-respect. With Costco and Walmart within walking distance, the men can land jobs and regain their independence.
Heal through Daily Connection
Heal through Daily Connection
At Azul, recovery is about finding a community that is built on the bond of brotherhood. They’ve created a space where daily fellowship happens at home and at meetings. Men stand share the load of chores at home and lift each other up daily. It’s a warm, ego-free family where the connectedness of the group is felt.
