About Sirona Recovery Access Point
Located near the Fiserv Forum, Sirona Recovery Access Point offers comprehensive assessments to help connect adults with substance use concerns to the proper level of care. The approximately 2 hour assessment can be completed at the Access Point office, at a location better suited to the client’s needs, or via telehealth. Providers obtain information about family and social support and client history of substance use, mental health, physical health, employment and education, and justice system involvement. Sirona Recovery is a nonprofit organization committed to helping the community reach mental health and wellness goals.
