Located near Yerington, Nevada, the center helps girls and gender-nonconforming youth ages 14 to 17 who face serious challenges like trauma, depression, substance use, and more. This residential center offers full-time care for youth referred by child welfare, the juvenile system, or private sources. Its mission is to guide young people toward safety, confidence, and independence through a structured, supportive program.
Trained therapists use proven methods like trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and aggression replacement training to help students heal from pain and grow stronger.
