A typical day includes a variety of therapies that are catered to the client's specific needs along with recreational outings planned each week. Mornings may begin with a calming stroll through the nearby neighborhood followed by a nutritious breakfast. After breakfast, clients can engage in individual therapy or group therapy followed by a 12-Step, English speaking meeting. The sessions vary from spiritual exploration, group process, integrity, relationships, art therapy, and more. For the couples retreat, individual and joint sessions are provided to improve intimacy and trust. During the day, there are opportunities for working on assignments or catching up on some hammock time. Meals are enjoyed family style with authentic Latin American dishes. Tuesday is spa day, and after lunch clients head to the spa for a weekly massage and yoga session.
