Rock Springs understands there's no one-size-fits-all approach. They offer care plans that are tailored to the individual's unique needs. Therapy can include traditional talk therapy, group therapy, family counseling, 12-Step facilitation, and psychoeducation groups. Those attending residential treatment typically start the day off with morning meditation before breakfast, followed by exercise. After impatient, clients can step down into outpatient care, which runs Mondays through Fridays for 5 hours a day.

Rock Springs provides a serene location to fully recover outside of the hustle and bustle of busy city life. Inside the facility, Rock Springs offers sunny spaces and shared rooms with twin beds. Clients will also have the opportunity to go on social outings throughout the week including activities such as movies or bowling. Rock Springs Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts most private insurance.
