About Veda5 Goa
This wellness center offers several different ayurveda and yoga-related retreats in Arambol, Goa. It is one of 3 Veda5 locations throughout India. This particular location in Goa is located just 200 meters from the Arambol beach, offering peaceful and tranquil views. Guests can choose between a yoga and ayurveda package, ayurveda rejuvenation package, panchakarma package, live detox package, 7-day mental health package or a holiday package.
Program Descriptions
The yoga and ayurveda-inspired packages are for guests who are experiencing aches, pain and stress. They are also for anyone who desires to lose weight or detox their body. The liver detox program is 10-12 days long and is intended for anyone who excessively drinks alcohol or has non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. This program is led by doctors who monitor guests’ health. The 7-day mental health program is for anyone who wants to reconnect with nature and the self. The components of this program include daily yoga, meditation and pranayama classes, personal counseling with a mental health counselor, nutritious meals, ayurveda cooking classes and post-retreat support from the team at Veda5.
