Located within a secured private residence a short drive from the Indian Ocean coastline, the centre takes a whole-person approach to recovery, addressing the physical, psychological, and emotional dimensions of each client's condition with equal weight.

Care Informed by Assessments

No two programmes at LARA are the same. Each begins with a comprehensive clinical and psychological assessment, with a physician-led team developing a care plan built around the individual's specific history, needs, and goals. Conditions treated include executive burnout, anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, addiction, and sleep disorders. Group sessions are available but not required, and all care can be delivered on a fully individual basis.

An Integrative Therapeutic Approach

LARA integrates evidence-based clinical treatment with a range of holistic modalities, including EMDR, somatic therapy, acupuncture, yoga, Reiki, bio-resonance, and nutritional care. These are incorporated as standard elements within each programme rather than optional additions. Psychological counselling forms the clinical foundation, with physician-led medical treatment addressing the physical dimensions of mental health and dependency in parallel with the therapeutic work.

Discretion and Aftercare

Confidentiality is central to how LARA operates. Client presence is never disclosed, and all care is delivered within a private, secured residence with a dedicated personal team and 24-hour medical access. Aftercare is structured and ongoing, with virtual follow-up consultations, relapse prevention planning, and continued clinical support available post-discharge, providing sustained professional guidance as clients transition back to daily life.
