Ironwood Ranch Reserve offers a membership-based, non-clinical recovery coaching residency for founders, executive leaders, senior engineers, elite technical strategists, and other high-stakes professionals through peer mentorship, biotracking, and future-focused planning. The center does not provide medical diagnosis, detoxification, addiction treatment, or mental health care.

Recovery Guided by Data

Ironwood Ranch Reserve provides recovery coaching through peer-led guidance, biotracking, and Future-State Strategy sessions. Participants review their sleep patterns and heart rate variability (HRV) trends using Garmin biotracking stations. The Performance Lab features infrared sauna banks and cold plunge systems that complement the residency's biometric wellness approach. Throughout their stay, participants create a written Future-State Roadmap that outlines practical strategies for maintaining an alcohol-free lifestyle after returning home.
