About Resolutions Retreats
Founded in 2012 and located in beautiful New Zealand, Resolution Retreats is a residential weight loss, health, and wellness retreat exclusively for women. Resolution Retreats uses specially-designed programs that bring diet, exercise, therapies, and education together in such a way that gives guests the best results.
Resolution staff takes the time to find out what challenges clients face, learn about their home life and family, and determine clients’ goals and aspirations. With guidance from expert nutritionists, personal trainers and doctors, guests are provided a full-time facilitator who is there to support and encourage them throughout their stay.
Clients can choose from Resolution’s 3, 7, 10, 14, and 21 day retreat packages. The facilities are located at a beautiful, secluded location, meals are made with nutritious and delicious food, and clients receive personal training, yoga and meditation. Some programs include expert speakers, health and happiness workshops, nutrition workshops, cooking classes, makeup makeovers, styling sessions, and pampering.
