About Willow House Residential Program
Willow House, a 20-bed residential program in Westons Mills, New York, is operated by CASA-Trinity. It assists adults aged 18 and older who are recovering from substance use disorders with mild to moderate withdrawal needs and co-occurring mental health issues. The program offers three care levels—stabilization, rehabilitation, and reintegration—within a structured, 24/7 supervised environment designed to ensure safety and consistent support.
