About Ten16 Recovery Network Eastman House
Eastman House, nestled in the heart of Midland, has served men in recovery since 2013. Once a residential treatment center, it now offers sober living for up to 14 men. With access to parks, shops, and community services, this home fosters a structured and supportive environment for those ready to rebuild their lives free from substance use.
Supportive Living with Structure and Purpose
Residents stay for up to two years, engaging in 12-Step or alternative recovery programs and outpatient counseling with Ten16 staff. Guided by shared leadership between residents and staff, the facility encourages accountability, peer support, and communal decision-making—creating an abstinence-focused space where men grow in independence and long-term recovery.
Comfortable Living with Space to Connect
Inside the home, residents find a warm, welcoming space with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy sofas, and wheelchair access for added ease. The layout includes 3 single rooms, 3 double rooms, 1 quad room, 4 full baths, and 2 half baths. A computer room with table hockey offers both focus and fun between moments of reflection.
