About Land Manor SouthPointe Recovery - Men's Program
Serving adult men across Southeast Texas, this nonprofit residential program offers structured care for substance use disorder (SUD) within a supervised, substance-free setting. Licensed by the Texas Department of Health and Human Services, the SouthPointe men’s program guides clients through admission, stabilization, and extended residential care when clinically appropriate. The program emphasizes daily structure, safety, and gradual engagement in recovery alongside peer and staff support.
Care Built on Individual Focus
Treatment follows an evidence-based framework shaped by individual assessments and personalized treatment plans. Clients participate in 1-on-1 counseling, group counseling, and family counseling that address substance use education, relapse predictors, coping skills, and goal development. The program focuses on physical, emotional, spiritual, and family health, helping clients understand behaviors, apply practical tools, and track progress over time.
Available Programs and Routines
The residential pathway unfolds in clear phases, from early adjustment to longer-term care when needed. Services include comprehensive case management, employment referrals, job skill development, and organized recreational activities. Structured routines, peer involvement, and staff guidance support accountability while helping clients prepare for family involvement, work readiness, and continued recovery after discharge.
