The center provides individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, trauma-informed care, and coordinated treatment with other healthcare providers. SBH II uses evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and family-focused therapy (FFT).
