About Pure Life Ministries
A faith-based residential counseling in rural Kentucky offers men struggling with pornography and sexual behaviors a place to step away from daily pressures and focus on personal and spiritual growth. Set in a 45-acre campus in Dry Ridge, the 9-month residential program provides a structured environment built around biblical counseling, discipleship, and community living. The quiet setting gives participants space for reflection, spiritual development, and learning healthier ways to relate to themselves and others.
Faith-Based Counseling
Daily life follows a consistent routine to support accountability and steady progress. Participants take part in 1-on-1 counseling, small group discussions, Bible classes, and regular prayer gatherings. Weekly chapel services and teaching sessions provided added guidance and encouragement. Coursework and devotional assignments help men to reflect on their experiences, deepen their faith, and apply what they learn with support from counselors and peers.
The program unfolds in 3 phases across 9 months. Early weeks focus on adjusting to the environment and building healthy routines. As participants progress, counseling and group discussions encourage deeper self-reflection, personal responsibility, and continued spiritual growth.
Supportive Environment for Growth
Life on campus is designed to minimize outside distractions and maintain focus. Shared routines, group activities, and ongoing guidance from counselors create a steady rhythm of support. Clients are encouraged to engage with one another through group prayer, discussions, and shared responsibilities. Together, these elements create an environment where participants can pursue meaningful change, strengthen their faith, and begin building a more stable foundation moving forward.
