Our Hope Association Lyon Street

Our Hope in Lyon Street, Grand Rapids provides residential care for women recovering from substance use disorders. Their program supports women in breaking physical dependence on drugs and alcohol, ensuring medical stability and encouraging self-care during detoxification.

Immersive Treatment in a Healing Home

Our Hope provides full therapeutic support in a home-like setting, including individual and group therapy, and community living. Their focus is on helping women develop healthy routines, coping skills, and supportive relationships for lifelong recovery. Their person-centered approach uses trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing, empowering patients to overcome past wounds and build lasting strength and hope.

Care for Both Moms and Babies

Our Hope admits pregnant moms and moms with babies up to age 1 to help them bond safely during early recovery. They also work with CPS and families to help moms reconnect with their kids either onsite or virtually during treatment. To help moms keep growing and navigating parenthood, Our Hope’s parenthood classes and safe sleeping training helps them in building a healthy home environment.

Shared Spaces, Private Comforts

Our Hope provides a supportive, home-like sanctuary for women in recovery. Their setting fosters a strong sense of community, offering both shared and private spaces for connections among residents and staff. The facility, comprising a main house and a carriage house, comfortably accommodates up to 20 women with various living and bedroom options.
