Maryville Integrated Care - Williamstown

Helping people move from medical stabilization into long-term recovery, Maryville Integrated Care's 40-acre Williamstown campus provides 24-hour medically supervised detox, short-term residential treatment of about 30 days, and long-term residential care lasting 60–90 days or longer. As a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health and wellness of individuals and families, they serve adults with alcohol and drug addiction in an 80-bed facility that separates men and women, with gender-specific programming.

Working Toward Change

Maryville Integrated Care combines individual counseling, group therapy, recovery planning, relapse prevention, coping skills education, family engagement, wellness activities, and peer support to help clients build practical strategies for daily life. Their clinical team uses evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) combines behavioral therapy with buprenorphine or naltrexone for alcohol and opioid use disorders, while clients taking methadone, Suboxone, or Vivitrol continue receiving medication support as part of their treatment plan.

Care Beyond Addiction

Integrated treatment addresses substance use alongside anxiety, depression and mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, ADHD, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, as well as co-occurring gambling disorder. Maryville Integrated Care coordinates medical and psychiatric care, case management, housing resources, discharge planning, and financial support services to help clients prepare for life after treatment. Eligible clients can also receive legal assistance for housing, employment, immigration, and family law matters through Maryville's Medical Legal Partnership.
