Palm House provides a four‑phase program lasting up to 90 days, including medically supervised detox, therapy, family support, fitness, and outdoor activities. Services combine 12‑Step principles, faith‑based tracks, and evidence‑based care such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), meditation, and yoga. With compassionate staff and a strong community, clients gain tools to overcome addiction, restore resilience, and continue recovery through alumni programs.
