Grace MBTC
About Grace MBTC
Located northeast of Walcott, Grace MBTC runs a free, 8-10 month Christian residential program for adults ages 18 and older with drug or alcohol addiction and other life-controlling problems. They accept both men and women and operates as part of the Mission Teens network. Residents live onsite, receive meals and housing, and pay no program fees.
Daily Life and Program Structure
Residents follow a fixed schedule that includes about 5 1/2 hours of Bible study each day, prayer, worship services, household chores, work assignments, and shared responsibilities. They have four phases. Staff increases each resident’s duties and privileges as the resident completes each phase and follows program expectations.
Faith-Based Recovery Approach
They use Christian discipleship, biblical teaching, routine, and accountability as their main approach to addiction recovery. Donations from individuals and churches fund the program, allowing residents to complete the residential stay without tuition or treatment charges.
