About ENLA Center
Surrounded by rolling green hills and centuries-old oak trees in Alba County, Romania, ENLA Center offers residential addiction recovery in a peaceful countryside setting. Founded in 2024, this therapeutic community helps people address substance use disorders (SUDs) involving alcohol, drugs, and nicotine, as well as gambling and technology addictions. The program also addresses depression, anxiety, chronic stress, and burnout when these conditions accompany addiction.
Finding Stability Through Community
Recovery at ENLA begins with psychological assessments and an individual treatment plan. Residents attend individual and group psychotherapy, psychiatric counseling, and occupational therapy to understand addictive behaviors and build healthier routines. Therapists use cognitive behavioral strategies (CBT) for gambling addiction, while family counseling helps rebuild relationships. When clients need medical detoxification, the nearby Laura Cătană Private Psychiatric Hospital provides this care before they begin residential treatment at ENLA.
A Countryside Setting for Recovery
Residents participate in shared responsibilities, creative workshops, hiking, and excursions. Horseback riding and nearby golf cost extra. Standard, Comfort Plus, and Premium accommodations each include a private bathroom, outdoor terrace, and 3 daily meals. Residents can use the seasonal outdoor pool, while spa access costs extra except with Premium. The center recommends stays of at least 1 month, with a 15-day option for assessment and treatment initiation in specific circumstances. Prospective residents can contact the center to discuss treatment needs, accommodation options, and pricing.
