Embark at Flathead Valley is a Marion, Montana inpatient mental health center that provides residential treatment for preteens and teenagers coping with mental health and drug misuse difficulties. Their 500-acre ranch in Montana's beautiful Rockies provides a tranquil, serene place for sons, daughters, and their families to grow and heal together. This campus-based facility, located adjacent to the tranquil Pleasant Valley Fisher River, offers outdoor therapeutic activities, dorm housing, a weight and exercise room, yoga, an indoor basketball court, and other amenities.

Experiential, Evidence-based Care

Individual therapy, family therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and experiential therapy are all employed by Embark. Embark at Flathead Valley short-term residential treatment generally lasts one to three months. They seek to provide compassionate and supportive inpatient therapy for preteens and teenagers suffering from anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance abuse, family conflict, and other mental health issues. Rock climbing, hiking, therapeutic adventure excursions, yoga, and equine therapy are among the activities available to clients.

Embark at Flathead Valley offers an organized, supportive learning environment that encourages healing, self-care, and emotional well-being. For clients at their Montana facility, mental health, daily living, group therapy, exercise, and meals are incorporated into daily schedules. Their therapeutic activities are designed to enhance confidence, strengthen connections, and improve social-emotional functioning when used in conjunction with individual and family therapy. Embark at Flathead Valley is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts both private and public insurance.
