About Clínica CITH
Medically supervised detoxification, psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and family participation are combined within one program at Clínica CITH. Treatment addresses substance use disorders (SUD), gambling addiction, medication dependence, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and borderline personality disorder through a clinical model that integrates Relational and Intersectional Gestalt, the 12-Step Minnesota Model, and multidisciplinary care.
Phased Treatment and Clinical Coordination
Treatment is organized into 3 phases: containment, deep intervention, and integration, with ongoing evaluations used to personalize care throughout the process. Medical and psychiatric assessments are completed at admission, with differentiated protocols based on the substance involved and ongoing coordination between psychiatric and therapeutic services. Patients participate in individual psychotherapy, therapeutic process groups, body and expressive work, and therapeutic writing.
Family Program and Follow-Up Support
Families participate in a parallel program that includes psychoeducation, family therapy, relational workshops, and closing rituals. After discharge, patients receive follow-up sessions, access to ex-patient groups, family support, and crisis containment resources for up to 6 months. Continued support includes building a life plan, strengthening support networks, and preparing for social reintegration and reconnection with personal and professional goals.
