Canyon Manor is a licensed 24-hour Mental Health Rehabilitation Center located in Novato, California. It was founded in 1976 and operates an 89-bed facility on a campus set in a residential neighborhood with gardens, patios, sports court and open spaces.
Structured Programming That Fosters Stability
Canyon Manor provides specialized rehabilitation treatment programming and nursing care for adults with severe mental illness, including those who are gravely disabled and who may have substance use issues. Their daily treatment model features psychopharmacology, small therapy groups, skill building activities, community meetings, recreational outings and a structured pass/level system. They serve individuals referred from county mental health services across multiple California counties, the Veterans Administration, private providers and families seeking care for their loved one.
