As part of Anderson Treatment’s residential network, The Twelve on Patterson supports individuals who need more structure than outpatient treatment alone can provide. Following a clinical assessment, the team develops an individualized treatment plan based on each person’s treatment history, current needs, and recovery goals. Residential care includes individual and group counseling, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when clinically appropriate, case management, recovery planning, and support in a structured living environment.

Building Skills for Recovery

Residents participate in counseling, case management, recovery skill development, and regular progress reviews throughout treatment. The program focuses on helping residents build accountability, communication, healthy routines, decision-making, and relapse-prevention skills. Before residential treatment ends, the team helps residents plan for continued care. Depending on individual needs, this may include outpatient services, recovery housing, community resources, referrals, or other follow-up support.
