When families need coordinated recovery support, Charisse Czaja leads the program as a Certified ARISE® Interventionist and Certified Peer Support & Recovery Professional. She guides clients and families through interventions, case management, and crisis management while working closely with her husband, David Czaja, a trained ARISE® Interventionist and Recovery Coach Professional. Together, they coordinate with clinical providers, medical teams, families, and other professionals involved in each client’s care.

Strengthen Recovery With Ongoing Coaching

For people navigating early recovery, Charisse and David provide multiple face-to-face coaching meetings each week, daily accountability check-ins, 24/7 on-call support, Soberlink or urine testing, personalized recovery plans, and short- and long-term goal setting. They also provide sober companioning, safe transportation, and community integration during transitions between treatment and everyday life.
