New Mindset Pathways
About New Mindset Pathways
Spiritual direction and spiritual coaching define the work at New Mindset Pathways, an online practice for men in recovery, particularly Gen Z men who are un-churched, de-churched, or spiritually searching. As a complement to treatment, therapy, and 12-Step programs, the practice addresses the questions that often surface after early sobriety, including grief, transition, spiritual dryness, and what life looks like beyond staying sober.
Spiritual Direction and Coaching in Practice
New Mindset Pathways offers two tracks: spiritual direction for those who want a quiet, reflective space to sort through questions around faith, identity, and recovery, and spiritual coaching for those ready to turn those questions into clearer values, decisions, and next steps. Clients can meet 1-on-1 or join small online groups, including coaching groups of 5 to 8 men and spiritual direction groups of 6 to 7 men that meet monthly for 90 minutes. Individual sessions last 55 to 60 minutes and occur once or twice a month, with many staying involved for 6 to 12 months.
