About Life Worth Living Recovery
Recovery coaching helps clients apply recovery to daily situations, including difficult weekends, appointments, relationships, work, and activities they want to enjoy again. Life Worth Living Recovery provides 1-on-1 coaching for people working through substance use and recovery. Clients decide what to focus on while Zachary Cohn uses questions, observations, and follow-through to help them work through current situations and changes in daily life.
Applying Recovery to Real Situations
Zachary’s coaching can work alongside other parts of a client’s recovery, which may include treatment, therapy, medication, 12-Step meetings, peer communities, spirituality, family, interests, or activities. His role stays nonclinical and does not include diagnosis, prescribing, therapy, or medical care. He also provides family support around communication, boundaries, difficult decisions, and recurring substance use, with in-person and virtual options depending on location.
