When I went to Rainer Springs. I was initially lead to believe that I would be able to have access to my items upon the workers inspection of said items and that I would be able to use and have access to some of my work papers and documents. When I asked the lady at the front desk a day or so before I showed up "if I would be able to bring some of my work stuff so I could get things done during the time I was there" and she assured me that I most definitely would have access to my stuff. She then told me to show up at 8am on my intake day. I show up with my items and again ask the lady working at the desk in person after showing her what I had to work on if that was going to be okay and if I was for sure going to be able to have access. She again assured me I would be able to once staff had gone through and searched my stuff. And that I would have access to my clothes once that search was done as well. I then for the next almost 48hrs had no access to a single thing I had brought. Staff was very rude and kept saying they would get my clothes when they had time while I was sitting in the jeans and shoes I came in with very uncomfortable especially when trying to sleep. And they eventually got me a new more comfortable outfit after my relentless asking them too. But said that I would have no access to any of my work stuff while I was there. Outside for 15 min 4 times a day only. Was given a false sense of how things were going to be and treated as if I was less then staff.
