About Psynergy Vista Esperanza
Psynergy Vista Esperanza is Psynergy Programs’ first residential facility for the elderly. For this facility, Psynergy Programs partnered with the State of California as part of the state’s initiative to combat homelessness. Vista Esperanza has 54 beds and offers 24/7 nursing care along with treatment for mental health needs. Patient rooms are shared, with each room offering two separate sleeping areas, each with its own lighting and closet. Vista Esperanza offers chef-prepared meals with ingredients sourced from local farms. A dietician is available to create menus for residents with special needs like a soft-palate diet. There is an onsite clinic and medication room where residents can receive therapy and medication management in privacy. In addition, there are soundproof booths for tele-therapy should a resident’s preferred therapist be off-site.
Psynergy primarily works with individuals who are eligible through county partner programs. The list of county programs are listed on their website. Alternatively, individuals who are self-funded can admit to Psynergy.
