About Psynergy Tres Vista
Psynergy Tres Vista is located in Morgan Hill, California on their Nueva Vista campus. Tres Vista is a supported accommodation facility where residents can live in individual apartments or shared housing that is completely furnished. Appliances, kitchenware, cooking utensils, and linens are all provided in the living spaces. In addition, there is on-site laundry with weekly housekeeping. Utilities and cable television are included. Residents have the option of eating all their meals at the main residential facility where spa-quality meals are served three times a day. Residents can also elect to customize their meal service by preparing certain meals and eating privately in their own living unit. However, everyone must attend one meal per day at the main residential facility.
Psynergy Programs has a holistic approach and believes that daily exercise, appetizing food, attractive accommodations, and caring staff all contribute to an individual’s recovery. After a resident’s orientation period, they will be able to participate in nightly walks, weekly bike rides, and visits to local festivals, the library, the zoo, and restaurants. In addition to their holistic care, they offer assessment, treatment plan development, individual therapy, individual rehabilitation counseling, family/collateral counseling, medication support, psychiatric care, equine therapy, dual diagnosis treatment, crisis intervention, and case management.
Upon admission to the program, a clinician will complete the initial mental health assessment and level of service need evaluation with the new patient. Afterwards, the clinician will work with the patient to develop a service plan, which will include what services an individual will need to meet their treatment needs and goals.
Psynergy primarily works with individuals who are eligible through county partner programs. The list of county programs are listed on their website. Alternatively, individuals who are self-funded can admit to Psynergy.
