The Counseling Center
The Counseling Center, part of the Praesum Healthcare network, provides community-based outpatient treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Across its locations in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, the center offers day treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and general outpatient programs that allow clients to maintain daily responsibilities while engaging in structured recovery.
