Stages of Recovery
Stages Recovery Centers began from a personal experience of transformation: co-founders Peter Mastrogiacomo and Dominic Chianese created the organization to make recovery accessible, grounded in empathy and lived experience. Founded in 2007, Stages operates as a comprehensive addiction and mental health treatment provider across Texas and beyond, serving individuals dealing with substance use disorders, dual diagnoses, trauma histories, and family conflict. Their inclusive model extends support not only to those in active addiction, but also to loved ones, caregivers, and peers impacted by the recovery process
