For more than a century, Rogers Behavioral Health has helped individuals and families live for the moments that matter. Rogers is a nationally recognized, not-for-profit provider offering care for children, adolescents, and adults facing anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, trauma, eating disorders, and substance use.Over a Century of ExperienceFounded in 1907, Rogers is one of the nation’s most established providers of mental health and addiction treatment. From its origins in Wisconsin, it has grown into a trusted network known for clinical excellence and innovation. For over 25 years, Rogers has collected outcomes data from nearly 10,000 clients to measure and improve the effectiveness of its programs. This legacy of care, paired with a dedication to research and transparency, ensures that Rogers not only honors its past but leads confidently into the future of behavioral health care.Individualized Care at Every StepThough Rogers Behavioral Health serves thousands across 20 locations and 5 levels of care, treatment remains highly individualized. Multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, therapists, and dietitians—collaborate to develop care plans that reflect each person’s needs and goals. Evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and exposure and response prevention (ERP) are adapted to each client’s diagnosis, background, and strengths.Supporting Access and Reducing StigmaBeyond clinical care, Rogers is committed to making treatment more accessible and reducing the stigma that often prevents people from seeking help. The Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation provides financial assistance for clients who need help covering the cost of care. Rogers also actively leads national efforts to shift public perceptions of mental illness. Their WISE (Wisconsin Initiative for Stigma Elimination) program partners with schools, workplaces, healthcare systems, and communities to provide education, tools, and training that foster empathy and inclusion.
