Momentum for Health
Momentum for Health is one of the largest nonprofit behavioral health providers in Santa Clara County, California. With roots going back to the 1950s, the organization came from the merger of pioneering community-focused agencies to deliver accessible, culturally competent, and integrated care. Its approach is rooted in whole-person, strengths-based care. Their services span a continuum of care, including outpatient programs, residential treatment, crisis stabilization, and supportive reentry services.
