Aware Recovery Care
Aware Recovery Care was founded in 2011 with doctors from Yale, whose goal was to create a personalized and comprehensive program for individuals to receive addiction care in their homes. They address root causes of addiction while combining medical and behavioral healthcare to provide ongoing care for individuals in their recovery.Heal Self and the Whole FamilyThey are located in 11 states and extend care from the individual to their whole family. Treatment services can include a psych evaluation, medication bridges, virtual detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), 1-on-1 and family therapy, and medical and behavioral healthcare coordination. Their family systems approach ensures the whole family is supported through a Family Education Facilitator who offers education and connection to resources.Receive Ongoing Support After TreatmentBeyond clinical treatment, Aware Recovery Care has Client Recovery Advisors, who help with goal setting and reintegrating into the community. They connect individuals to community recovery resources that support any educational, occupational, physical, spiritual, legal, and social needs.
