About Inspiring Lives
Inspiring Lives, also called Prairie View Residential Care, is a non-profit residential organization that supports adults with complex mental health needs through intensive round-the-clock care and community-based services. Programs are designed to help individuals recover from crisis, develop daily living skills, and work toward greater independence with consistent structure and support.
Using a person-centered approach, Inspiring Lives blends evidence-based care with residential living. Therapies include assertive community treatment (ACT), habilitation, and guidance from life skills coaches to help individuals manage symptoms, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals. Care plans are flexible and adapted over time, promoting hope, stability, and self-determination.
Clients live in small community-based homes with shared or private rooms, 24-hour supervision, and structured daily routines. Nutritious meals are provided, and the environment is tailored for safety, especially for those with high behavioral needs. Amenities include outdoor spaces and secure transportation for appointments, fostering a calm and empowering space for healing and growth.
