About Phoenix Futures - Sheffield
This treatment center offers support for individuals with drug and alcohol use disorders to recover and also become mentors for those who are newer on their journey to recovery. All of the rooms at this facility are single, en-suite bedrooms to ensure each client’s privacy and peace. The clients spend their first few weeks in the “welcome house” and then move into the main house for the following 3-6 months. The residents are responsible for maintaining the house and supporting each other through the program. While in treatment, clients have access to community resources, including support groups, volunteering and educational opportunities. The longer the residents are in the program, the more free time they will have in the evenings. The program provides gender-specific process groups, peer groups, community meetings, assignment groups and goal groups. In addition to the residential program, the clients can also access detox services through this organization if needed.
