Pathway to Hope specializes in the treatment of substance use disorder with co-occurring mental health conditions. They provide female-only Day Treatments (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). Both types of programs are ideal for women who have completed a medical detox and are ready to transition to a level of care that is less restrictive than 24-hour residential care. Pathway to Hope’s Day Treatments (PHP) are the connecting bridge between residential and outpatient programs. They provide a medium-to-high-intensity setting for clients who have completed higher levels of care, so they also allow more independence. Clients can still live away from a treatment center, but they are required to attend 4 to 8 hours of treatment daily, or 20 or more hours a week. Clients receiving IOP care commonly commit to 10 to 20 hours of treatment per week at the facility while continuing to live at home. The outpatient care is a low-to-medium intensity style. During this treatment, clients receive no more than 9 hours of treatment a week while continuing to live at home. Pathway to Hope’s treatment consists of evidence-based therapies that include CBT, MET, community reinforcement approach (CRA), and 12-Step facilitation.
