With no fixed start or end date, clients can stay engaged in care for as long as they need, booking appointments as their schedule allows. For people facing substance use disorders, Pathfinder offers a flexible, fully virtual continuum of care including medical evaluation and detox, trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive counseling, peer coaching, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) or psychiatric medications. Every service is delivered through secure digital platforms, helping clients get quality treatment at home.
Participate in Virtual Treatment without Judgment or Shame
Each aspect of treatment is designed to remove barriers—emotionally, medically, and logistically. Their fully virtual services offer the same level of care one would expect in a residential center, but without ever having to put life on hold. Clients can start with in-home detox, including daily virtual doctor visits. From there, treatment is built around each person’s needs—whether that be MAT, peer coaching, therapy for mental health, or specialized care for pregnant and post-partum mothers. Their harm reduction approach means there’s no shame, no judgment, and no one-size-fits-all path.
Get Extra Support for Life after Treatment
