Intensive individual and group therapy forms the heart of their approach, with each plan shaped by a thorough intake assessment that matches care to each teen’s needs and goals, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to thrive.

The San Rafael program combines intensive clinical care with practical support for teens who need treatment without losing momentum in school or daily life. Each week includes 4 individual therapy sessions, daily groups, family therapy, and psychiatric care, with treatment drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychoeducation, mindfulness practices, art and movement-based therapies, nutrition support, and Family Systems work.

The facility is designed to provide clients a comfortable place to rest, reflect, and establish consistent daily routines. Private rooms offer space to recharge, while shared community areas encourage connection through a fitness center, basketball court, art studio, recreation room, and greenhouse. Chef-prepared, nutritious meals help patients stay nourished and energized throughout treatment.
