Parachute Luxury Treatment is located in the beautiful Vienna, Austria. Parachute is a private luxury treatment center that specializes in the care of clients who are struggling with alcohol and drug addictions and co-occurring disorders. Parachute offers a 1 to 1 staff to client ratio that allows for staff to dig deeper and get to the root of the clients’ issues. Parachute has treatment that is age, gender, and cultural-specific. They use a range of evidence-based methods, holistic models, and complementary therapies as well as an emphasis on fitness and wellness activities. Upon arrival, clients are picked up at the airport in a limousine and accompanied to the facility by a staff therapist. Upon entering the facility, clients will undergo a comprehensive assessment, psychiatric testing, and neuropsychological testing. These tests are to help the staff better understand the client and to help them meet the needs of the client. If detox is needed, it is available under the supervision of a physician.
Parachute treats clients who are battling mental health illnesses including bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, and trauma as well as substance use disorders, eating disorders, and workplace burnout. A typical length of stay is 4 weeks and includes a range of therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), psychoeducation classes, nutritional counseling, clinical services, and recreational activities. Parachute uses different treatment modalities including holistic, addiction counseling, family therapy, group and individual therapy, and medication management.
Clients of Parachute engage in lifestyle coaching, fitness training, spiritual counseling, and a few complementary therapies such as yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation, and massage.
Clients have the opportunity to stay in a few different lodgings. Clients at Parachute can stay in the rehab facility, the villa close to a nature-sanctuary, a 5-star hotel that partners with Parachute, or a private apartment. The private apartment is suited to the needs of the client, and they are equipped with an additional bedroom and kitchen. There is also a spa area with a sauna and jacuzzi. Meals are prepared by an on-site chef who can accommodate clients’ dietary restrictions or allergies. Meals are served in the beautiful historic dining room.
